THE VENUE
The 2025 MHI Congress & Expo will be hosted at the luxurious Rosen Shingle Creek, a AAA Four Diamond resort at 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando. Below is a map of the facility. The hotel is oriented roughly north-south, with the lobby entrance on the west side. Rooms are in a tower in the northeast. Pools are to the east, and tennis and Golf are to the north. The convention space is in the West and South areas. Most of the restaurants are between the Lobby and the convention space.
RESTAURANTS
Headwater Lounge H2, Conway Ballroom (in the Convention Center Area), and Timucua Patio (Just southeast of the Hotel Rooms) will all feature after-hours events.
A Land Remembered: A fine-dining steakhouse serving Linz Heritage Angus beef and fresh seafood, open nightly from 5:30 p.m. (seats 110, private dining for 24). Perfect for impressing clients with its Florida-inspired ambiance. Reservations recommended.
Cala Bella: An AAA Four Diamond Italian bistro offering dishes like squid ink spaghetti, open for dinner (seats 150, private dining for 42). Its piano bar is great for casual Expo meetups.
Café Osceola: Offers buffet and à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vibrant Spanish Revival decor. Ideal for quick meals between sessions.
Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria: Features authentic Mexican cuisine with tableside guacamole, perfect for informal networking.
Additional options include Banrai Sushi, Tobias Burgers & Brews, and 18 Monroe Street Market for grab-and-go meals.
